Our comprehensive planning and design service is curated with a personal and intentional approach to ensure that your wedding is uniquely ‘you’—while allowing you to be truly present on and leading up to your special day, you are the guest of honour after all. This service is perfect for those with a busy schedule, a short timeframe to plan, or who are looking to be hands-off when it comes to connecting all the dots.

We bring your vision to life through design and production management, with detailed itineraries, timelines, expert collaborations. Our team is dedicated to being present throughout the entire celebration, assisting with every detail until the final vendor has left.
Our approach is focused on understanding your unique preferences and tailoring every element of your event to reflect your personal style. We have a signature design process which includes design boards and custom sketching services and we offer a client portal.

Our seasoned team of experts work to bring your dream event to life. We engage the dream team of photographers, cinematographers, stationers, musicians, culinary talents and more to create a cohesive and immersive experience.
Our boutique approach ensures a highly personalized and exclusive service. You will work directly with our senior team, not assistants, and be one of only a select few couples we take on each year. This intimate, quality over quantity, approach allows us to provide the utmost attention to detail and create a truly unforgettable celebration.
We're also incredibly culturally sensitive, placing significant importance on diversity and inclusivity in every facet of our work. Where are you based and do you do destination weddings or elopements?
We are based in Aotearoa, New Zealand between Auckland, Bay of Islands and New Plymouth in Taranaki, but our services are available across the country and beyond. We also have dedicated on-the-ground resources in Indonesia and Australia. We are also able to plan destination weddings beyond these regions, or help international clients looking to marry in Aotearoa, New Zealand or Indonesia. Translation services are also available on request. We are experienced in navigating different time zones, customs, cultures and embrace diversity and inclusivity— love is love and we do everything with love, for love.
What is the investment?
Our full planning service is typically around 10-20% of your overall budget, with a minimum investment of 6000. We charge a percentage as the larger the budget, the more complex and detailed the planning tends to be but we also want to maintain a fair service to all couples. Ultimately factors such location, venue, guest count will impact the cost. There may be some pre-agreed exclusions, for example, if we are not involved with the selection and coordination of your wedding dress, jewellery etc.
If we don’t feel your vision can be achieved within your budget, we will help you adapt and tweak elements in order to achieve your goals, or, on rare occasions recommend an alternative service. It’s important for you to be upfront about your budget so we can be honest with you about what to expect from us and to avoid any unwanted surprises.
Each wedding is unique and the cost is tailored to reflect that - that’s why we recommend taking advantage of our complimentary consultationt.
Do you offer partial planning services?
If you've already got some vendors in mind, or have just started your process — our full service would still be ideal for you as there are so many details that go into a wedding. On refferal, or in collaboration with our partners, we may from time to time offer a event management service we call ‘The Producer’. We do however, prefer to fully immerse ourselves in your planning process in order to really bring out the uniqueness of you and your partner. We also have a concierge service catering to the individual & personal elements of your event, in which we are able to help you source out-of-stock items, exclusive experiences and more.
